Refurbishment and Single Storey Side and Back Extension
Project Length - 36 weeks
Worked closely with the clients who were disabled and needed to refurbish their home to suit their needs based on their disability.
Regular contact with the appointed Quantity Surveyor and local building control.
The existing building was completely stripped-out, over 70% of the building was knocked down. We created a side and back extension to the house which almost doubled the floor space.
Internally reconfigured to make access appropriate for the clients. A new roof was put onto the new and existing part of the property. All landscaping to front and rear garden completed.
Kitchen and En-Suite Refurbishment
Project Length - 6 weeks
Full refurbishment of a kitchen and bathroom.
Herringbone style floor laid.
One Bedroom Flat - Full Refurbishment & Single Storey Kitchen Extension
Two Bedroom Flat - Full Refurbishment
Project Length - 15 weeks
Worked closely with the Property Developer and Structural Engineer.
Both flats were completely stripped out, both then having new central heating systems. Electrics upgraded to comply with building regulations.
Extension added to the one bed flat to create a larger kitchen. New bathrooms throughout.
Exterior decorating and landscaping.
Basement Conversion of a 1 Bed Flat
Project Length - 25 weeks
Fit out to a basement flat and common parts to a superior finish.
High quality joinery consisting of bespoke cupboards and wardrobes with a sprayed finish to the clients design.
Under-floor heating throughout with heat recovery system.
Installed fireproof secondary glazing in line with the building regulations.
